Any of you 4x4 or 4x2 guys...or gals interested in getting together for some wheelin'? Would be something different for us to do. My Jeep JK club would meet @ Spring Creek for some fun, sometimes just an afternoon & every once in awhile a weekend outing. Friends & Family with a splash of Fun. Just an idea.

that sounds fun but spring creek will be closing soon from what roland told me a while back....ive spent many weekends out there at the mud races an had a blast wheelin an hangin down at the beach

no from we know the state is takin the propery for something called green something or another ...but roland said it could take a while till then we could still wheel there

They are building like mad around here and I bet it's raising my damn property taxes. I'm already about to start fostering/adopting kids just so I feel like I'm getting something back from Klein ISD. I hope it happens WAY later next year so I can enjoy dirt/mud in Dec/Jan. Keep us posted, please.....

if spring creek closes there always general sams in huntsville they have a huge place an tons of places to camp

Spring Creek is closing because the government "bought" the property and is turning it into a kayak park. That's what the green something is... Complete BULL****

yea we were pissed when roland told us at the final mud race....the trails in huntsville are much cleaner also not full of trash

Yea I just found out last Saturday what they were doing with it. But I agree with you about huntsville.... I've been out there for their Muddy Gras rides

LMAO @ Chris light comment. Anyway, I like kayaking so in a way I'm glad it'll be something else I enjoy. I'm down for Huntsville if a few of you want to arrange something. Hopefully I'll have the lift complete before Christmas but I can still take Manny out to play as is.
