No, taking bumpers off is not needed. It only takes a min to take out the headlights, no removing of the bumper.

Not on the truck....it's my mom's car. Just about all the Lexus you have to remove the front bumper to get to a 3rd screw that holds in the headlights.

Are they just hazed...cuz you can go to O'reilly's and get a compund to "return the sparkle back to your headlights" and then you could get your money back on headlights or sell them
