I'll be using a single Boston G110 in a Tech12volt enclosure! :)

All I can say is to go with a slim/ thin line sub since you're going to be dealing with limited space.

if you jump on TundraGeeks.com, Deznutjob has a BADASS setup in his 07 DC... 3 10" Pioneer Slim's under the rear seat.... apparently the Virgin Mary thought she was preggo again... thats how much it bangs.

Also, dont forget that James@Tech12Volts is the master at sub enclosures, he can whip something up for you and give you some pointers as to what will work/sound good

I'm running 2 - 12" Kicker CVTs. Special shallow mount but same pound as other models made by Kicker. For now I'm not changing the head unit so it's not as powerful as it can be. You're more than welcome to see/hear the setup though.

Yup - stock 6 disc changer and speakers. All I added was my amp and the subs. It's ok but will have so much more power if I ever decide to change it out.

Will be putting kenwood ddx-814 in truck tues am..kinda excited..the jensen I had lost signal twice and have taken out and got credit back..had tons of options and true surround..but had to go..this unit still setup for my center channel speaker and has 5 volts pre amp outputs fr r and sub plus my center channel has it's own amp..so sound will be hell of a lot better and full 7" screen..i have 2-12's memphis audio under seat and cut the whole length box down to 1/2 the seat coverage ...have memphis audio amp for subs and allphasonic for doors..all memphis audio speakers..even in top of dash..3 1/2's..two monitors in headrest that are good setup for play station dvd and cd all can be switched around...have inverter under seat for playstation power and anything else that needs 110v..

I know....that's why I had to upgrade stock just 2 days after having truck. The factory is horrible by itself and needs some help or else I'd rather not even listen to it. You make good choices so I'm looking forward to seeing the final decision.

I have a 13.5w5 low profile JL sub under the back seat and a 900 watt 5 channel pushing everything. I like good tight sound but it will blast you out if you play with the eq a bit.

I heard about those I think...Is that the 13" sub that needs very little airspace in the box?

Not a small amount of air space... but comparatively it is really shallow. It sounds awesome though.

it's a 13.5w5. i think it was like 300 bucks but i'm not sure. i bought the whole sound system at once so i don't remember the prices of each individual component. I can look it up though. Receipt is at home.

Pics and specs about the system on my cardomain page.
