Congrats! Where will you be attending? Seems like most 18 y/o skip that step so great to hear that. On that note, I'm moving this to Off Topic....

I'm biased.....be a Bearkat. It's a beautiful campus with great counselors that will keep you on track. UofH is like a big corporation....they don't care about the students. UTSA is cool if you want to get away from home but still be close enough. Good luck with your decision and remember not to slack off in your senior year just because you've been accepted.

Yeah everyone I kept in touch with that didn't go is struggling to make ends meet and some still live at home....now that sucks! I don't care if you think you'll never use a degree - just get it while you can to have it.

ya deff get it while you can it doesn't matter if its in underwater basket weaving it just shows that you are 1: capable of learning and being taught 2: willing to follow through to completion 3: dedicated that's why so many young people are replace the old ones in the job market (and the fact they can make them work for so cheap)

LMAO yeah if it's basket weaving you'll take anything that's reliable and provides some benefits....But all joking aside, Ros is correct.
