Black, I think they will look better on the silver.

I pick 'em up on Friday from the shop on 610.

Just keep in mind that the black ones do not have a lifetime on finish/rust. They are made of tubing....and just from the sound of rocks hitting mine I can tell you that your black finish will eventually chip off. Just something to keep in mind with exposed tubing.

The SS ones have a lifetime warranty on finish and the black ones only have a 5 yr warranty on finish.

I think I will eventually take them back off and Line-X em'.

Even better idea....the Line X shop in San Antonio can color match them to your truck if you like. That's the closest Line X shop I know of that does the color match. They did my bed in silver sky....and you can look at my thread the exterior mods section to see what it would look like.

I have run my Nfabs for 50k miles and dont have any rock chips in the flat black finish....

I do, however, have scratches on the step where I get in and out that is into the metal.....

I saw a post on TS today about a new Line X shop that is open in Houston, it's off of Wayside just outside the loop. I'll see if I can find the link to the shop and post it. That beats driving to San Antonio or Ft Worth for Line X

hey drew may also want to try x treme bedliners in pearland on 35 they did my bedliner and gave me discounts on tint and line x on other items may want to check em out lifetime warranties on everything and real nice people

405 for our 6 and half foot bed daniel and thats under the railing they take out all the bolts and stuff so u can still get to em if u have to in and out in an hour or so

That shop doesn't do the Line X Xtra from what I can see. There are only like 4-5 shops in the state that do that....and the closest is in San Antonio. There are like 2 in S.A. and 3 in Dallas that I know of. The Houston shop just does the black normal LineX. The Xtra comes with the full fledged lifetime warranty on finish, damage, and fading.

I had mine done at 123Gone's shop, Line X of Ft Worth. Got the color matched with Xtra for $600 going on two years ago. Brad, I didn't dig real deep into the site, too bad they don't do Xtra that stuff rocks!!

No problem Wacked!! Just didn't want somebody going to the Houston shop and be disappointed they couldn't get the color matched....which only comes on the Xtra LineX!!
