So I really like how the following grilles look. However, I'm not a big fan of the logos. Well mostly the price actually. So I was thinking there might be a DIY of it. Kinda like the satoshi grille mod but I don't want it to look like that deep dish style. and I'm not gonna just throw a mesh grille there. I like that little frame around the grilles though, without the studs. Then I don't think if I'd wanna leave it blank so maybe get a more machined look toyota logo from RIjon or the word toyota like some tacomas. How do you guys think I would go about this? Any ideas?
I'm not 100%sure if I'm gonna follow through with it. Just an idea.

I'm going with a silver mesh grill.Just ordered today. What I am going to do is take my Toyota emblem from my factory grill and paint it black and secure to the mesh...Haven't decided where though. I am thinking maybe in a corner, but I guess you can never go wrong with dead center. If you wanted it totally custom and had the means, you could go to a machine shop and design something for them to cut out of stainless.

I could, but I'm sure in the end it'll be just as expensive as getting a grille like that.
But let me see pics of yours once you get it done

You could expand on the gun grill...GO with an urban theme: staple a 40 can (pronounced FOATY) next to the guns and maybe hot glue a crack pipe on the other side. To further the motife you could tie a bandana to one of the guns. Got to watch which color though.

I like the suggestion to create a design and have it fabbed. At least if you invest the money into it, you know for sure it's 100% unique because it's your personal creation. And LOL @ Daniel's comment about the pink camera....as long as you get a decent shot....you gotta post something up for us soon, bro.

A "TRD" would be pretty cool...but if your truck is not trd then you would be committed to put something trd on your truck like a cai, lol

Actually, the TRD grilles DO look nice. And nah you can just use the emblems and be fine hehe....not sure on the cost part of it though.

It's a nice mesh texture with a small TRD logo in the lower left hand corner. They might be for the Sequoia but it fits the Tundra too. I've only seen it in person.

I guess he didn't like my idea for the "urban" collage on the grill. I even had a name for it: "Urban Legend",
