what in the hell is it and what does it do ive found it for good prices and sounds like something that would be useful in my quest for mythical horsepower on my red hotrod i know some of guys got em help me out?

I got a really good price one so I went ahead and bought the aFe. I don't have any physical evidence to back me up but I believe it might have helped out a little on the top end. Shawn can back me up on that one. He saw it in action on the way to the truck show a couple of months ago.

yea we'll see i guess i plan on supercharging mine 3 years but i am doing jba shortys for some more punch under the hood im already runnin more horses than stock and i got the sway bar in the back to make sure the back end stays the crap on the road lol

i dont think it will work with my intake tho the trd aftermarket intake is huuuuuge engine cover wont even fit over it and the hood almost hits the top of it

I heard (no fact) that throttle body spacers are one of the most useless upgrades for the Tundra. Until I get some more evidence (ie. Zak's account and some more tech pubs), I wouldn't invest in it.

go to TundraSolutions.com and do a search on TB Spacers... there is no history or record of improving performance.

Glen (SXD45) has run with it on and off and didnt see any gains whatsoever.

PLUS!!! i dont think you'll be able to run that with a SC'er.

Your intake should have come with washers to raise everything up so you don't have to cut anything. You may have got one that's been on the shelf a while if it doesn't have it.

I had one...only difference i got was 1 mpg improvement....you know what they say " every littlebit adds up"
