|
1: take apart the center console and remove the ac controls panel (don't worry about what wires go were they will only fit 1 place)
2: Remove the rear plastic cover to the panel there are 6 phillips head screws to remove
3: Pull the circuit board (four more phillips head screws) and go plug it back into the white plug in the truck and look at the leds on the board you will not remove the 2 red leds all others will be replaced
4: This is the size of the LEDs your replacing the part number is SLT-773B
I ordered 50 from Oznium for about $24.50 plus shipping
5: Here's the finished product as I was sodering I used just a drop of new solder to add strength to the joint
6: Follow remove steps in reverse to reinstall (I would go and plug just the board back into the truck to make sure everything is working the way it should be first)
I will edit tonight to show finished pics of the ac panel

Success on the guage cluster I'll post pics when it gets dark here sorry for the delay just been real busy at work
Problem is I came up about 6 LED's short so I'm gonna have to order some more
so when you make the order on the 3mm surface mount led from Oznium order about 65 or so

ordered some more led's so I can do the lcd's and gonna change some of the nannies as well as the gear indicator
seat belt, fog light's, doors open, cruise and maybe some others so far I've used 50 of the 3mm but gonna use about 65 I think
